From the time Lane talked to us about our claim for roof damage because of hail to the end when Lane confirmed with us that we were completely satisfied with the work Diebolt Construction had completed, we were extremely impressed. Lane confirmed with our Insurance company that there truly was damage. He walked us through the selection process of choosing our new roof and the scheduling of the installation. Lane was very personable, professional and awesome to work with. The construction crew was timely, efficient and did a beautiful job. A number of our friend have complemented us on the new roof. Lane explained every facet of the construction from my wife's concern of protecting our plants, our outdoor furniture and living area, and our pets. He explained our choices on materials for ventilation hoods and all on roof items, even the replacement of our satellite antennae. The crew foreman worked closely with Lane to ensure we were informed and satisfied at every step in the process. The follow up made us feel they cared about us as well as our property, not just getting paid. If I had other homes I'd use them again.
