From our first meeting with Scott L. through the process scheduling with Tabitha, we had all our questions answered and felt comfortable with our choice of this company. They stuck by everything they promised and we are very pleased with the outcome of their work. We would recommend them to anyone seeking roof work.

John Giordano is my rep. We had Roof Time replace our roof in 2008, so I called them in May 2019 to look at our roof when we switched insurance companies. John came right out and said the roof looked good. When we had a hail storm in October 2019, I called two days later; John came out and looked at our roof again and said we had hail damage. The insurance adjuster agreed. We decided to wait until after Thanksgiving to replace our roof and they came out the first nice day after Thanksgiving weekend. Fast, efficient, and cleaned up well. Even found a set of keys we had lost with their magnet to pick up nails! John was great and attentive throughout the process. Roof Time uses quality roofing materials - Atlas, which is one of the top three roofing materials. We would definitely use them again! They are local and have been in business almost 30 years.

This is the second home my family has had roofed by THE BEST team in DFW. Friendly, professional, and very reasonably priced, these guys never miss a thing, very thorough. Really a pleasure to work with, beginning to end. Top quality work, and were nowhere near the highest bid I got on the work. Give em a call, you might be surprised. Customer service is alive and well with these guys.
