He walked me through the entire process and if I ever had any question he was available and happy to answer me. The roofers were quick and efficient. They cleaned up well when they were finished and Chase came by to inspect roof and ran magnet again for me to insure there were no nails for us to step on. They also sent a representative by to check the flue on my water heater and heating unit to make sure everything was connected well and no CO2 was coming back in to my home. I highly recommend them! Oh, one last thing, I am an older single female and was never talked down to. That is highly important to me!! |
