WE HAD GIVEN HIM 65,000 AND HE SUPPLIED US WITH FALSIFIED LIEN WAIVERS AND INVOICES DRYWALLER WHO TOLD US THE CONTRACTOR REFUSED TO PAY HIM BECAUSE HE WOULD NOT FALSIFY AN INVOICE FOR 6,500 . WE PAID THE DRY WALLER 4,561,ACTUAL COST DIRECTLY TO THE DRY WALLER. Archway tried to sue us for a payment of 6500 to the drywaller. CONTRACTOR REFUSES TO SUPPLY US WITH ACCOUNTABILITY OF WHERE THE 65,000 WENT. I AM RETIRED AND ON A BUDGET AND HE IS JUST STEALING MY MONEY . HE HAS SEVERAL ADDRESSES AND ALL CERTIFIED LETTERS WE HAVE SENT HIM ARE RETURNED. He does not accept mail at his workplace .He is not on BBB and did not answer complaint against his company. It is almost one year later and project is not done.He claims to do it right the first time ..tiles blew off roof twice , no footing to hold up roof . Plans were not followed . Concrete had to be re-poured. Just a nightmare |
