came out to my house and started looking at the work I needed done. He left without any notice. I called the company a few hours later and was told a I would receive a quote on the work within a day. After calling a dozen times I finally received a quote 6 days later. The price was very high. I'm not an expert at siding but my jaw dropped when I saw the quote.

Jon was very patient with all my requests, followed up quickly, and addressed in detail every question and concern I had before I agreed to have them do the job. The roofing crew was careful to do the job properly and they were pleasant to work with Rafael and Luis. I had them do a small shed roof over the front door in copper, just as an accent piece for the house. Jon was excellent in describing options, meeting with me to show me samples, etc. Eduardo, the copper technician, was absolutely fantastic and a real pleasure to deal with. He took the time to make sure that everything was just perfect, answered my questions, and made adjustments to be sure the copper was perfect and that I was happy with it. Everyone I worked with at Aspen President, crew, production mgr, office staff were great. Aspen went beyond the mark for me and I highly recommend them for your project.
