The Crue was amazing and they worked very well together they Do great work I would highly recommend them.

The roofing job was fine. A year later, I am still finding nails. But the final step was to replace the gutters along the back. Ed was going to sub contract, so I made the final payment so he could set that up. He never did. After multiple texts promising service, I filed a claim with the BBB. Ed proceeded to call me and was very abusive. My husband was sitting across the room and could hear Ed yelling. I calmly kept repeating that at that point, I only wanted him to return the 200 so I could have the gutters taken care of myself. He said he would drop off a check. He never did. After 6 months of trying to resolve the issue, I gave up. Beware.

Terrible service- Ed came out to check on the scope of work needed for our small reno we were looking to do. He was 2.5hrs late, but we decided to move ahead anyway and scheduled for him to come out the following Monday through Thursday to do the work. I run a home business and had to clear that week of all business in order to accommodate the builders but they never showed up and never even bothered to call to cancel or explain why. I left several messages and never got a call back. I do not recommend this company.
