Talked to a guy named Ed. Ed said he would send somebody out guy comes out says they only warranty there labor for two years and were on three years. but says its a quick fix and theres no charge. I say thanks he gets it done, a few days later I get a bill from Green Mountain for 75.00 I call and say hey the guy said it was free Ed still expects us to pay the bill. Bad workmanship and even worse customer service |
