Had an electrician come to fix loose wiring. Communication from the company was very poor on arrival time. The electrician was very nice and got the job done, and did it safely in the context of a global pandemic. That's all commendable. But the quality of the work is poor. They put in a junction box just above the switch but it's not lined up with the wall switch. It's clearly misaligned - by about a half inch. Just enough to not be correctable with a large plate. We're going to have to call a second electrician to move it over.

We are very pleased with the work Brent and Jacob did installing ceiling fans, drop down lights and recessed lighting in our kitchen. They also installed a whole home surge protector. Very professional crew. Everything is perfectly centered, level, and they were careful to clean up when finishing.

I was pleased with the entire process. The initial customer service rep was warm and welcoming and able to set up an appointment for the same day. The technician, Corey, was outstanding. He called 30 minutes before arrival and showed up on time. Corey let me observe the entire process while he patiently talked me through everything he was doing, while also answering all of my questions. I will certainly be utilizing their services again in the future.
