My experience with this company from the beginning of our project has been a nightmare! The person they titled Project Manager has no concept of how to successfully manage a project. We are spending a significant amount of money with this company to build a conservatory and an addition to our deck and the service thus far has been the worst service i have ever received. I have received better service from McDonalds! Steve Jenkins is by far the worst PM I have ever encountered. He sent a crew to build a small addition to our existing deck that had a staff of a gentleman and his two sons that were more concerned with taking selfies on the job rather than getting the job done. When they completed the addition to the deck, it was the wrong size, the railings were crooked they used the wrong size posts, it was the worst deck job i had ever seen. When I sent pictures of the railing to Steve Jenkins and showed him the crooked railing his exact response was "it will straighten out." They sent another crew to fix the screw up of the first crew, they would show up around 11am and leave by 3pm on the days they actually showed up for work, and still didn't get it right. After several weeks of trying they finally got the deck right and had their crew that actually builds the room come out. I have to say Mike and Penny Malone were the ONLY two people at this company that showed any kind of care, professionalism, and or concern for the job. They were here everyday 7am until 6 or 7pm until they got the room completed. They are the ONLY reason this company even gets 1 star. Without Mike and Penny Malone I would say this company is completely worthless. After Mike and Penny left and it was time for the carpentry crew to come back and finish the job the disaster began again, Steve Jenkins ordered the wrong doors and tried to blame me, he would tell me his crew would be here and get things done, they would either show up and stay for 2-3 hours and get nothing done or not show up, and when they did get things done it looked awful. I had to ask him to not send another one of his 'good" carpenters, JP back to my house. The workmanship and the way he spoke about the company showed that he absolutely did not care about us as a customer or our job. I gave specific instructions to Steve Jenkins the beginning of our job, several times during the job to not take the windows being removed from the house off our property, and what do you know....he had it taken away and trashed. Steve has continuously lied to me, he is dishonest and has no integrity. He does not care about his customers and certainly is not concerned about our satisfaction. This project should have been completed by now and we are still not there! I would absolutely NOT recommend this company to anyone, unless you want to work with people that just don't care and continuously lie. I have gotten to the point where it's causing me to lose sleep and a lot of frustration and high blood pressure, I have contacted the owner and like a true owner he tries to be diplomatic, whilst ignoring my messages and will not directly answer my questions and concerns now. For the amount of money this company has charged us, i would think the service would have been better than what i could get from two guys hanging out at a home depot trying to make a living, actually, i think the service from them may be better.
