Despite the property owner's best efforts we have heard nothing but excuses from from Mr. Caldwell. And, as another reviewer has pointed out, expecting to get a response after leaving multiple messages is an exercise in futility. Judging from his lack of quality work and constant excuses, I am forced to conclude that unless you are waving new money in this guy's face, you go straight to the bottom of his priorities. Please avoid Caldwell roofing and save yourself the heartburn. |
