Several years ago, Jess did work on my Deck House, having been referred by the manufacturer of my home. His team did a fine job and Jess was responsive and good to work with. They came out again and replaced a casement window for me last year because the outer pane was broken took two times to get the measurement right, and in the installation process, the nails they drove into the window caused the inner pane to break within the year. There are two stress breaks at nail sites. Not only would Jess not even come out and look at it, he told me several months ago when I kept calling to try to get him to come replace it as part of my pre-closing inspection report responsibility, that glass isn't warrantied. He wouldn't even come out and replace it at my expense, at which time he would have seen that his work was responsible for the new break. The window company I hired said Jess's work is the reason the window broke shortly thereafter from pressure due to how they nailed it. So, not only should Jess have promptly replaced it for a loyal customer, he should have replaced it at his expense since his worker caused the new break. Instead, he doesn't return any phone calls or texts and I have had to pay to repair his damage. Sadly, I cannot recommend him anymore because I guess he has so much business that he can't stand behind his work on small projects.
