I met with Charlie Fowler, on a Friday , 4/24/20 to review a water issue we were having on our property. Charlie identified the issue as under-sized gutters, and recommended that we increase the size to account for the amount of run-off. After examining the gutters, it was determined that the gutter color was not standard, and would need to be special ordered. He told me he would contact the supplier, and get back to me by Monday, 4/27 to see if the color was available. He contacted me on Monday, said he could get the color, and much to my surprise, asked if I wanted to schedule it immediately due to the significant amounts of rain expected over the next few days. Charlie was more interested in protecting my property that I could have imagined. He and his crew showed up this morning, replaced the gutters just in time as we started to get rain again a few hours later. I would highly recommend Charlie and his team at New Dominion Exteriors. Attention was given to leaving the job site clean at the end of every day and Charlie was always checking in to see if things were running smoothly.
