So, God help you if you ever needed to reach them such as after a job is completed. I know someone who spoke once with the owner, Kevin Goodman. She is an elderly, stage 4 cancer patient who didn't have anyone to go on her roof to patch the small leak. So, she tried asking Kevin Goodman for help. She told him that she was poor and that the cancer had ended her job. Once he heard this, he ceased communication and ignored her. She did find someone else to fix it, but he caused the repair to be delayed as she waited for him to reply. I wouldn't trust someone to do roof work that is so expensive and important who has proven to be cold-hearted. |
