I can't speak for the quality of this business, however, this business is very unresponsive. I originally emailed them to ask about doing repair work, they emailed me stating they had been trying to call me. I told them I was not able to have my phone at work, but gave them my work number and also tried to call them, but no answer. I emailed several times, left a voice message and no call-back. We actually saw someone go out to my parents house on the Ring and I assume it was them as I gave them their address, but no response, no email, no nothing. This is not the way to run a business.
