Laurie McCreedy	I called to find out if I could get glass block and I never even got as far as asking. Some gentleman answered the phone and I explained how the window was leaking and before I could get any further he was adamant about how it wasn't necessarily the window leaking etc. etc. so I never got to ask the question because he kept cutting me off. I don't think I would want to deal with a company like this. I'm so floored right now that I just don't even know what else to say. I never wanted anyone to search for a leak I simply wanted to know what my options were to replace the window and what I had been looking into was glass block so I have no clue if this company does that. But I know I cannot deal with people who cannot listen! Wow!!!
