He explained the entire insurance claim process, kept us up to speed on when materials would be delivered, when work would begin and when it would be complete. We knew what was going to happen and when it was going to happen thanks to Larry's exceptional customer service. The crews were quick, competent, professional and cleaned up after themselves every day.
