We contracted SBE in May 2019 to replace our asphalt roof, gutters, and trim on our chimney and would definitely hire them again! The whole team was a pleasure to work with. Josh was accommodating and responsive while setting up home visit, he answered all my meticulous questions, and finalizing and signing the contract electronically was very convenient. Ben and Toby were equally as responsive on the production side giving me ample notice for scheduling of material delivery and the actual work. Their crews completed the roof in one day, and gutters and trim in one additional day. There were inevitably some relatively minor issues that I raised but Toby was prompt to resolve all of them to my approval. We've had no issues in the past 5+ months with any of the work and would recommend them to everyone!

Schaefer Burdett Exteriors went above and beyond expectations with the entire roofing job. Proposal was performed quickly and accurately using aerial imagery to get precise measurements. During the entire process Mr Schaefer communicated frequently letting us know material delivery and installation schedule and details. The roofers were very diligent and kept the driveway, deck, patio and yard clean. It was cleaner after the job was completed than before they started.

My wife and I are extremely happy with Schaefer Burdett Exteriors. Our house was a victim of the massive wind storm that hit in March. It had been several weeks of dealing with the insurance company and contractors who were all booked solid or gave ridiculous estimates trying to get the roof and siding patched up; so, of course, my wife and I were getting frustrated. I came across Schaefer Burdett and they were very prompt and professional. They fixed everything in just a couple days at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
