Matthew Pulley	My neighbor had work done on their roof by this company. During the second day, a worker dropped a stapler from my neighbor's roof and it landed on top of a glass table on our back porch, shattering it. They were able to retrieve the stapler while we weren't home, but did not offer to clean the glass. My wife confronted the owner, Troy, who offered to make it right by replacing the glass if we sent specs, which we did. We've spent MONTHS calling about getting replacement glass, and Sheri repeatedly says "Oh, we'll buy it and send it today!" It's never shown up. The card says "licensed and insured", but I'm not so sure.
