When I agreed to pay more than 20,000 for the new roof in advance, it was with the expectation that it would be completed promptly. I WAS WRONG. It took weeks to get the materials needed. Really? A roofing company doesn't stock the needed materials? Then it took several more weeks to complete the project --- which if they had just stayed there for a full day five days in a row it would have been done in a week. But wait, it gets worse. The roof leaked!!! I called and emailed them and they never returned the calls. I won't ever use them again.
