In the past I've turned away contractors who came to our door offering to check our roof condition, and simply giving me their business card for further info. When Jasmine rang our doorbell few months ago - I immediately informed her that I'm busy and didn't have a lot of time, but I wanted her to at least do her part of her job and give me information. She was really prepared, with her folder, complete tabs, information, etc. She walked me through each step of the process, answered my questions - and I was impressed! It made me feel it was something worth giving a try. She immediately scheduled an inspection of our roof with Carlos Q who's also tremendously good in his job! ... we got the inspections done, insurance approved, and Jasmine kept in communication, stopped by to check the progress, what else I needed. Long and short, we have our new roof, gutters and spouts! I'm very happy that I made a choice to hear what Colonial has to offer, by giving Jasmine my time, and heard her. She is very good in what she does, and her part of the process! THey're very trustworthy, and I think they really care for their customer, the quality of work done!
