It was pulling teeth every step of the way to get a quote, invoice, and then after being promised someone would be out to fix it within a week, I heard nothing for over a month. I had to beg to get a call back, and was told on multiple occasions that someone would be by that week to fix it. Finally, the owner called and said they were behind because of winter and my part was special order, but I would get a discount. Do you think I ever heard back? NO. I told them I had to list my property and it was urgent. ZERO CARE given. I finally got a friend to help me, who charged me ONE FOURTH of the initial estimate, and was able to fix it within 3 days of coming by, and guess what - it wasn't special order. I have no words. This was an awful, pointless experience from beginning to end. Stay away if you ever want someone to fix your roof, or give you a fair price. |
