One of their Fairfax office based recruiters I found out later kept pinging me if I was still interested in coming in for an interview. After nine emails back and forth no contact information, POC, address of even a phone number was offered. It is very clear I was dealing with a millennial. I called the individual out for being unprofessional and lacking proper etiquette in my email. "No, to whom am I speaking? You have not supplied any contact information nor POC nor address from the beginning of this conversation. Proper etiquette certainly applies here. V/r," He then only supplied his name and location,. I applied for a sales position months ago, I had spoken to them before. Now it's very clear that they cycle through sales people at an alarming rate. Advise, first and foremost always always be professional, everything else is secondary. Good luck to those that look to this company for products and services. Why? Sales quotas, pricing structure and margin will affect two parties the hardest the salesman and the customer. In other words; always squeeze the customer or lose your job.

We had roof replaced on our townhouse earlier this month. Gilbert made it easy and very pleasant experience. We even had town inspector came out to inspect it after the job was done and he confirmed everything is up to code and United done great quality job. We did price shopping and the quote we got from Gilbert was fair! I definitely recommend United to my family and friends.

Great experience, excellent quality of work and top notch customer service. Dealing with people's need is not an easy thing to do, and sometimes us customers can be needy and some of our demands are just complicated to meet, but these guys made sure that each single one of my concerns were addressed and taken care of in a very professional manner. I can't see how some people gave them bad reviews when they've been nothing but great, professional and easy to deal with. Maybe some people are just impossible to satisfy, but as far as I'm concerned, these guys are the best at what they do and would totally recommend them
