The owner, Marcos, was friendly, professional, and very responsive to my communication. Within a few days of my first call, he had visited my house to provide a quote and educate me on exactly what it was that they would be doing to the roof. Scheduling of the install was able to be done that same-week, and his team finished my roof it's not terribly big in 2-days. I had taken the time to educate myself on roofing companies a bit prior to talking with RVA, and already had four other quotes in-hand when Marcos showed up at my house to provide an additional quote for the roof. If you're looking for the cheapest roofing company which is a mistake anyway! you will not choose RVA, but their prices were still very fair. Additionally, the dreaded "plywood unknown" isn't so scary with RVA as they reported that none of my wood under the roof was rotten, so no additional wood was placed and no other charges added to my bill for wood installation. Frankly, they could have replaced all of the old wood under my current roof, charged me, and I wouldn't have known any better. But, Marcos and his team are outstanding guys and really seem, based on my experience, to not be looking to hose people for a few extra bucks. Finally, my wife and I are extremely happy with how the roof turned out. We can tell that RVA took their time, and the craftsmanship is 1,000 better than the previous roof install which took place prior to my wife & I moving in. If I could give RVA Roofing, Marcos, and his team more stars I would. If you're looking to have any roofing work done, you owe it to yourself to give RVA a call |
