| Justin Kent | After requesting a quote from paramount for a roof repair they were in contact with me very quickly. A salesman came to my home two business days later, measured my home and quickly gave us a quote. The issue was that we only wanted the back half of our roof replaced. We were told no problem. During his sales pitch he called his boss in front of us to confirm everything was all right with the information and the quote. We were told everything was fine and his boss even said he'd take another thousand off the quoted price. The product appeared to be of high quality but we weren't sure if we could afford it financially. We asked for a few days to go over our budget to see if we could afford it. Again "no problem please give me a call." We then get a call from there office asking to come out again and see if there was anything they could to drop the price seeing that finances were an issue. When the next representative came to our home he came in and gave us the quote for the entire roof repair. We said we were only interested in half the roof being replaced. He said "o we don't do that because we won't warranty our product on half a roof" then he said goodbye and left |

We called several times for service takes weeks to get a call back. Make appointments and no one shows up. We were to have a kick plate replaced never happened. For what we paid the customer services could be A LOT better! Go with another company! |
