Our technician's name was Angelo Kelly. This is at least the third time he has come to our residence when we needed service on our security. My husband and I can not find all the words to express how PLEASED and SATISFIED we are with Mr. Kelly's work. Every time he came out to service our home, he always displayed a pleasant personality. His approach to complete his task was always friendly and courteous. He was always very professional, well knowledgeable in what he had to do, respectful, and answered any questions we had. I want to recognize Nick and the rest of the Woodfin Team. When I sat down with Tripp Greene last January I had my skepticism after receiving poor service from my previous supplier. He assured me there were no hidden fees and left me feeling confident they were the one for me. Over this past year it has been very satisfying due to the superior level of customer service Woodfin provides. Nick worked tirelessly getting our fireplace back in working order. As you can see it was in pretty bad shape, especially the pilot light. However, Nick was able to get us back up in running in about an hour. I would also like to recognize the office staff who are always helpful and pleasant when I call or email them!
