Smallwood Renovations – Roofing Contractor in Rockville, Virginia

We used Smallwood Renovations to update the windows in our home. Our windows were original and definitely showing their age -- we had issues with leaking, not opening smoothly, and the overall appearance of them was tired. I emailed them asking for an estimate and shortly after submitting my request I was contacted by Hannah. She was excellent to work with and scheduled our estimate. We didn't feel pressured by Michael during our estimate -- he was very kind and straight forward which we appreciated. He was able to show us an example of a Sunrise window which was beautiful. After getting quotes from other companies and comparing window products we were happy to choose Smallwood Renovations to do our project. The next step went smoothly as well -- Harry came out to measure our windows and ordered them once we had been granted approval from our HOA. They came out again once the windows were in -- we had 19 windows installed over 3 days not full days. They took care to clean any debris from our yard which was greatly appreciated since we have young children. The windows look fantastic. I am thrilled with them. It is so nice to having functioning windows again. We felt like we were really taken care of throughout the process and I cannot recommend these guys enough. If you want beautiful windows and a crew that takes pride in their work, you want to work with these guys!

These guys did a wonderful job on my deck! From the first visit to the last, they were there to explain every detail, went above and beyond and I was always made aware of updates, from the smallest to the largest, in a timely manner. They were true to their word as far as getting the job done when promised and they were the friendliest group that I have ever worked with. You should keep these guys in mind when looking for renovations to your home. You will not be disappointed!

I contracted with Smallwood Renovations to replace our old deck with a screened in porch and to add an additional deck off to the side of the screened in porch. As you can see by the attached picture, they did a great job implementing our plan. Their staff provided good quality work and were very knowledgeable. The price was a little less than their competitors and they used the same high quality materials. We enjoy our new porch on daily basis and are very happy with the final product. I would recommend Smallwood Renovations to anyone looking to have similar work done in the future.
