I called them and they told me they would do it for me, so here I was glad that I had someone coming to fix it and I didn't have to worry about it. But guess what, it took them 2 whole months to send anyone to fix it! So eventually someone cane to fix it, but the job was messy and looked unprofessional. I called and Brian reassured me that they would fix it. He came to my house a couple times to look at the job and told me that he would send someone to fix it. That was 4 months ago! I'm so dissatisfied at the work that they did! It's been 4 months and you can't even send someone over! And yet, they still keep sending me the bill for the work full price, AND with interest. They're so unprofessional and they need to get their management under control! |

I take the time to understand the task at hand and what's involved to accomplish it and during the process I verify that no corners are cut and the job is done correctly, professionally, in a timely manner and typically above the expectations of all involved. This is not the case with Cook Siding and Window specifically Jessie Cook. I discovered after the vinyl siding job on my house was complete that house wrap was left off one side of my house. Not until over 2 months did Jessie finally get his crew out to remove the vinyl siding and install the promised house wrap. No excuse for such lack of professionalism and delay to correct a mistake on their behalf. To top it off he charged me full price! |

Once the job was "finished" I have had all kinds of problems including poor workmanship--siding falling off, gutters leaking, gutters coming off the building. After numerous calls and several months, they have not fixed the problem. |
