After interviewing 4 of the most recommended roofing companies in the area, we chose Banning for the job. We are very happy with the service we received and the quality product that we ended up with. Dan, the project manager, was very personable and thorough in his explanation of the services and procedures for the job. He was patient in answering any and all questions we had. The crew showed up on time and worked all day long, coming back the following morning to finish up and make sure the area was completely cleaned up of nails and debris. We had high winds, and there were shingles hanging off the edge of our roof. I called RM Banning on a Thursday afternoon. I got a call back from Daniel shortly after we left a message. Daniel was able to come out to check our shingles later that same day. There ended up being no damage, so it was free to check, and the shingles must have been from a neighbor's roof or leftover from when a repair had been done. Daniel took pictures and showed us the roof, and was in and out very quickly. If we need work done in the future, they will be our first call.
