The estimator was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the materials, the work, and the various housing styles in neighborhoods within the City. It took us a while to get the appropriate permits from the Homeowners Association and the City, however, those are required to be completed by the homeowners. Once we had the permits, the work began almost immediately. Shiner Roofing sent a professional and highly experienced team of workers. The vertical slope of the mansard roof is challenging and the work has to be done from a ladder. We had a day of rain during the project, and they made sure nothing was exposed. The back-office kept us updated so we knew when to expect the workers, and they also provided photographs. The workers replaced one section of the plywood sheathing because it was rotten. Shiner Roofing's price was within 100 of what our homeowner's insurance was willing to pay. The roof looks awesome, and the house feels tighter. We are very pleased.
