He called before the appointment to tell us he was on his way and showed up on time. He climbed on the roof and explained what he thought needed to be done and gave us an estimate. Shortly thereafter, it poured and the roof leaked.. We got in touch with him on a Sunday and he came out and tarped the roof quickly. I was amazed that he came out so quickly and on a Sunday.
