She kept saying that ALL of the unit owners would have to be present for the measuring and quote, agree, and sign documentation to have the work done.??!! She set up an appointment to have someone meet me at the property. I waited for an hour and a half. No one showed up, and no one had the decency to call and cancel the appointment. Given the demonstrated inability to understand the situation, and their complete lack of courtesy and dependability, I wouldn't trust these people to work on a dog house!
