You may know the feeling, excited to get a new system, but, not really looking forward to people in and out of the house all day. And that is when I got a surprise, two of the politest young men came for the installation. They worked exceptionally hard, took the time to answer questions, and were extremely helpful and considerate. They were very careful with all the details of installation. When I was zealously researching which brand heat pump to purchase, I learned one thing. It is NOT the brand, but, who you have doing the installation that ultimately matters. I feel confident that CroppMetcalfe gave us the best installation possible. Everyone that I worked with at CroppMetcalfe, Melissa, Dean, Neil, John, and Derek were unfailingly courteous. |

The technician thought I was subscribed to on e of their maintenance plans. Confusing. In the end, i purchased a service agreement less expensive than the bill as presented to me. |
