Tony is cheater, worked on my roof and two weeks later a storm came through and the shingles fall off. I called to complain I got the worst altitude from his office managerwife and they wanted to charge me again from their work. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. |
| 2 Monkeys | I called Water Shield, LLC because I noticed a water stain on my ceiling. I called the office and spoke to Crystal who scheduled Tony to come out and asset the issue. He was prompt for the set appointment time and was able to find a hole in my 2 year old roof. He give me a fair repair quote and was able to remove two satellite dishes also. He said he would return on the weekend to do the repairs, but to my surprise he came the very next day! I also asked him if he could replace a rain cap on the roof flue pipe and he told me no problem! He is such a lifesaver!! I really liked his work ethics and his desire to help a customer. I will recommend Tony and his company to all my family and friends. Thanks again!! |
