Sunshine Contracting Corporation – Roofing Contractor in Woodbridge, Virginia

My experience with Sunshine Contracting was dismaying to say the least. When I first inquired to Sunshine Contracting, I was contacted fairly quickly. The young lady was pleasant and respected my request to text me during business hours instead of calling. She accommodated my schedule and provided a picture confirmation of who my wife and I would be meeting with. The Sales Man was knowledgeable on Windows and Siding made us feel very comfortable. After signing the contract is when the nightmare began! We waited over 12 WEEKS to get our windows installed with little communication!!! The project manager was snarky and passive over the phone, when we did speak. After waiting 12 weeks one of the windows did not fit and the project manager was non apologetic and still badgered me for full payment, although the install was not complete. She did not visit our property during the install to make sure everything was being installed to code or to apologize in person for the wait or the windows not fitting. The O.M. took several days to reach out to me to discuss the problem and did not seem to care. I was going to get siding on my home later this year but now I will be looking elsewhere for a company that cares to communicate and is valuable of my time. Would not recommend this company and the work was subpar for the price.

Got roof changed from them and few months there was water leaking inside. We called them back in November and they sent someone to fix the outside and they told us someone should contact us to get the inside fixed as well in a couple of weeks. That way they can make sure the problem has been resolved completely. It has been almost 4 months, multiple calls and texts later no one is responding or has contacted us. They will be on top of their game until they get your money after that you are on your own.
