Thirteen years ago, I needed an emergency roof replacement during the middle of winter on my former home. Cloise & Mike Construction Inc made a very reasonable bid, they were able to start work immediately, and their estimator was very knowledgeable and professional. I chose this roofing company and it was a decision that I did not regret. They did a fantastic job! That is why I am a return customer and had them replace the roof on my current home. Again, the estimator Brandon was very knowledgeable and professional. The crew and their foreman, Steve, are courteous, highly skilled, hard workers. They replaced the roof on my 2600 square foot, single level home, AND the detached two car+ garage/shop in one day! The workmanship was superb. They did a great job of protecting the buildings during work and cleaning up the property when the work was complete. They found problems with how the original roof was installed, and Steve was able to explain those problems in very understandable terms, and then corrected those issues. This company was top notch beginning to end. The estimator, John, was very good at explaining options and, I think, leading me to the right decisions. The scheduling was easy. On the day, the crew swarmed over the house like a well-trained army. Foreman Zack and the entire crew were courteous and friendly. They cleaned up as they promised they would. I signed the contract before I read the Consumer Reports article on what to look for in a roofer, and I was pleased to find C&M did everything CR said they should.
