Dishonest Cheating Well Drillers: Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with Fogle. Our quote ended up tripling in price to around 26,000. They drilled far deeper than necessary to line their pockets with even though we hit water. No matter how many questions we asked our driller to be well informed about drilling a well on our property we were given mis-information and felt taken advantage of. We wanted to trust our drillers expertise but we got burned by a dishonest driller who didn't disclose all their extra costs, drilled 300feet deeper than necessary, and picked to drill a well in a spot that was more about convenience for his rigs right off the street instead of a location close to our build site or where water would more likely be. The worst part is we were not on site for the drill process so we just had to believe what our driller told us in terms of when water hit. We told our driller to stop at 300ft to check with us before drilling further and he ignored our request and had his guys drill far beyond even though we had already hit water. I suspect they drilled further than necessary to score more in their pockets. They picked a well site so far from our build site that we are having to spend double the money just to get water and electrical lines to the well and our house. When we told our neighbor up the street that we used Fogle to drill our well, he said "I hate those guys, they cheat people and charge way more than they should". We learned a hard lesson and I have to share in hopes that folks reading this will be better informed to avoid the mistakes we made in choosing Fogle. Talk to your neighbors and locals about their well drilling experiences and who they used and be on site during your well drill to avoid being lied to and taken advantage of!

If I could, I'd give them no stars. Had the same experience as Lynne Shepard's. 500ft no water! Was rushed into drilling and they did not care where our much respected Witcher with 30yrs experience had found several spots with easy water. They were only worried about where their rig could easily fit flat land and refused to take our notes the Witcher had given us. They didn't seem to think it was important at all The Witcher was even highly recommended by our Rep at Fogle. Have contacted several other well drillers including Fogle Cashmere! who said they could easily have drilled in the areas with a slope. Complained and the drilling manager came to the property and not our rep the rep didn't even know they were on our property and confirmed they'd be able to find water. They repeated that the soil color was changing which means we were close to finding water. We trusted that they would find us water and they kept talking about the soil color whenever it was time to ok more drilling. Come to find out the drillers although experienced were new to WA terrain. They had drilled in CA. Had only been at Fogle for a month. They didn't even drill in the correct spot where we'd ask them and when we pointed that out after they had already started drilling they said it “didnt matter” it was “close enough”. We still have an outstanding bill but would like to take them to court. If anyone would like to join us on a class action suit we would love some help. Tried calling Fogle several times but no one returned our call. Feel completely taken advantage of as we put our trust into a company that we thought they knew what they were doing.
