His Guys and their families is a real concern of his, he genuinely cares about us and makes sure we are taken care of. He doesn't have the general foreman make threats like! “If you don't work the weekends you don't work the winter” or “ if you don't like it you don't have to work here” They truly do appreciate us and let us know when we are doing a good job. They also turn mistakes into learning opportunities , and understand everyone is human and no is one perfect. I honestly could go on and on but I'll just name the things that standout to me the most as a Foreman at D7 for almost 3 years now. I've brought anyone with any kind of talent with me and they are all still here and thriving! It's good to be taken care of but it's even better when your whole crew is taken care of at the same time!! |
