He told me that he would send an estimate the following day. After hearing nothing, I left a message with the receptionist a couple weeks later and Albert returned my call and said he would look into why I hadn't received the estimate. That was the last I heard from him, despite 3 more calls from me leaving messages with receptionist as well as a call directly to Albert's cell number listed on their website over a period of 4 more weeks and an email just requesting an update. I asked that even if they weren't interested in doing the job, to please just let me know. I received no response. A simple 30 second call back would have sufficed. Albert demonstrated to me that Bothell Roofing is unprofessional and unreliable. |
