DaBella – Roofing Contractor in Kent, Washington

At first I was very weary. Being a single female, I felt like I was going to be taken advantage of. I've had many companies come to my door to offer their services and never felt safe. Then one day DaBella came by and Kyle Bohl, a representative of DaBella inspected my roof and showed me exactly what was going on with the roof as if I was doing the inspection myself. Kyle even went into the attic to find anything and everything, and I myself was describing what was wrong. I knew what DaBella was offering was of the upmost quality because of the professionalism of Kyle. I've had roofers out who didn't get into the attic, and even ones who didn't even have a ladder! The installers themselves were very professional, the quality of their work was outstanding, and I found myself dancing in my driveway to their music as they were installing the roof. I had a couple quotes before and after DaBella, and DaBella was one of the highest and after seeing and living through this process, I completely understand why. Their products, their representatives, and their service is of the upmost quality. I'm excited to see my gutters get installed! I will update this after that.

All talk and no difference. Said they were better than competitors. Not true. Paid top price for work and professionalism that you could get at a quarter of the price from the home depot parking lot. Never finished the job, which didn't stop them from billing me, but stopped them from returning my messages. Worked with Austin. Absolutely everything he and his manager said was a lie.
