| Katie MW | DaBella gave me a bid to replace the windows in my home. The 2 guys who did the presentation were very nice and did a good job. I did tell them from the start I was not committing to anything and was planning on getting more than one bid. To start, the presentation was LONG! They definitely lay on the hard sell with multiple calls to a manager to see what kind of deals they could get me even though I told them many time I was not saying yes. After 90 mins I just wanted them to leave my house. To top it off, the follow up was ridiculous. So many calls it bordered on harassment. At this point I would spend more money on windows from any other company than give them my business. Just a bunch of used car salesman. |
| Martha Jones | My favorite part of the venture was Benjamin; he is an enjoyable, low pressure salesman who is a pleasure to work with. I would make one suggestion for potential buyers. Ask to see examples of all of their window styles before purchasing. I ended up with the 3-pane window, sight unseen, and was surprised to find they have a double bar in the middle of the window where the upper and lower windows meet and lock together. The double bar lock calls more attention to the middle of the window than the single bar in my old windows and that took time to adjust to. However, having said that, I do appreciate how much the 3-pane windows have reduced the draft and chill in our home and am looking forward to a reduced utility bill. |
