| Taylor Norris | Just had Tristate roofing come give us a bid on a new roof for our house. First of all the guy who came to come “look” at the roof, did just that. He looked. Never got on the roof, said “he doesn't get on roofs.” Say what now? You work for a roofing company. Now, keep in mind, this is our first replacement roof ever. So of course we are getting several bids from other companies. Just so happened another roofing guy was out at the same time, but Bob Tristate guy didn't realize that. Once Bob realized that, he started on a rant about how their big company will give great warranties, and will do better work, and won't cut corners and blah, blah, blah. Then he started getting very aggressive and rude about it. The other roofer had to walk away because he was being so rude to him and expressing feelings about the other roofers work without even knowing the guy. Completely and utterly disrespectful. We sent the guy packing without even getting a quote cause we were so appalled. That is not okay and we would never want someone like that working with us. My advice would be to stay away from this company. |
