We tried to work with these guys but they have the worst customer service I've seen in a long time. They showed up at our rental property without any notice and got on the roof to inspect it without telling us they would be there and without coordinating anything. Then we call them to find out whats going on and the guy who answers doesn't know that anyone came to our home, so he calls some people and finds out they did, then he says he will send us an invoice for the work. So we don't even have any idea how much work these guys are going to do because they don't communicate properly. Their people are mocking my wife and being rude to her. So they say they'll come on Monday. Then I call back later to find out why they are doing all this without coordinating properly and I get a different guy who says he doesn't know anything except that he's coming on Tuesday not Monday. He doesn't know anything about the quote we were given. Their website says no monkeying around. All we've experienced is monkeying around from the second we started working with these guys. Don't waste your time. Hopefully their roofing work is better than their customer service. We didn't want to risk it so we cancelled our appointment with them.
