I have dealt with a few builders/contractors in the past and they have not impressed me much. I was looking around trying to find a builder to build me a Pole Building. I got a bid from a builder from the south but I wasn't sure how good they are. I was skeptical at first based on my past experience with other contractors. Long story short I contacted Spane's office and Jim Spane invited me to go with him to see his work in the area. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. No pressure. I liked what I saw and decided to give Spane a try. His office worked with me to get what I wanted at a competitive price. At the end I'm really pleased with the outcome and thanked my excavator for telling me about Spane. You can call his office about any issue and they will be right on it. I damaged a trim on my door. I told his office what happened and asked for an estimate. A few hours later his office contacted me saying Jim Spane will take care of it at no charge. I was speechless. If you are looking for an ethical builder give Spane a try you won't regret it. Their customer service is top notch.
