Working with Rener, owner of of Landmark Roofing and Siding, has really been a pleasure from start to end. Rener is professional and knowledgeable in his field. He effectively communicated what exactly they would do, he answered all my questions with patience and clarity, he was competitively priced and very willing to work with our needs and tight schedule. His team did a fantastic job and paid attention to detail throughout the process. While replacing the siding they detected a mold issue in the attic and Rener immediately explained the issue and gave sound advise on how to move forward with it. I called Landmark from a flyer after a disappointing bid and performance from the roofing company my general contractor used. Landmark was incredibly courteous, professional and always on time. They usually preceded all visits with a heads up call about 20 minutes prior to arrival. When Rener the owner showed up the first time, his truck was a mobile office. Very professional. He took his measurements, listened to what I wanted, talked about the time frame to start and finish construction and then worked up a very professional bid. He explained everything they do and don't do on a job site. I was impressed. When the crew showed up for work they were very courteous and respectful of my property. They did a first class job, paying close attention to detail, and got the job done. When there were some irregularities, they walked me out and explained what was happening, rot, and explained how to fix it and that this would incur a slight extra cost that was already agreed to in the contract. The end result is awesome. I like it, my neighbors like it and I am very pleased by the entire experience. I would highly recommend Landmark roofing for any roofing job you may have. They are true professionals.
