Roger Knopf	They did not explain their fees up front, and so it was surprising when I got the final bill. Two guys arrived to clear an outside drain. They brought a drill powered snake. After trying to clear it for less than half an hour they determined I had a hole in my drain and someone else had to come repair the pipe. Fair enough. But the final bill was just under 300. 100 for the service call, 150 for labor, and a 20 machine charge. That works out to 300/hour for labor, or a minimum of an hour for two people when the job really didn't need two. I really wish I had understood how they charged ahead of time, I would have called some else.
