Recently I needed him to inspect the roof before putting on solar panels to see if it had another 10+ years left on it. He checked it out as a courtesy, and while I would have paid to have it re-roofed if he told me it needed it, he said it was fine, which shows that he is a very honest person. The only downside is that he is so good that it is not easy getting hold of him since he is always busy, but it is worth the extra effort to have him do your job.
