Jesse answered my call right away and booked me an appointment for the next day. I especially would like to mention the consistency of communication as the worker Jesse called me to confirm before he started his route to me the next day. Jesse was on time, he climbed the roof and checked everything, showed me photos, and explained what need to be done providing me with variety of choices for the vent repair and a price for the shingle repair. I agreed to the estimate and he started right away. When all was done, they provided me with an email invoice with photos and I was able to pay by e-transfer as I needed to go back to work and couldn't stay there with him.
