Alex has been a pleasure to work with on my roofing project. I had several bids done and he was the best at communicating with me on the different aspects of my very old cedar to shingle roof conversion. During the inspection he noted any problem areas and brought them to my attention before the work was started. His price was initially very fair and he gave me three price options for shingles. With the subsequent changes in required work habits due to the virus, the price initially quoted was not changed, even though the costs for him had to be higher due to the measures needed to protect both his workers and the occupants. The work started on time and was done professionally. Alex sent before, during and after pictures as I could not be there when the work was done. Another family member inspected the work and told me it was really beautifully done. The area was cleaned up and, aside from unavoidable noise, it was done with minimal interruption. I highly recommend Alex and his company. I feel that he took the extra effort to accommodate my unusual schedule, once calling late at night when most contractors would be in bed. If you are looking for good pricing, quality work, workers that show up when they say they will and good communication skills from a contractor, Alex and Techno Roofing are your answers. If I could give Techno Roofing 10 stars, I would. I can't figure out how to get the photos out of my phone to post, but maybe Alex can post them. He is welcome to share them. I am proud of my beautiful new roof!

We have a very high maintenance tile roof that had a lot of broken tiles and faulty old repairs. Alex came out quickly and repaired all of the broken tiles and a ton of other issues that needed addressing. He takes a lot of before and after pictures and he's super honest and pleasant. I've recommended Techo to everyone.

I would absolutely recommend Techo Roofing. We called on a Saturday morning and Alex came later that day. He was very professional, took pictures and explained in detail what issues we had with our roof. We set up an appointment with him to fix our repairs and he showed up at the exact time he said he would start! Once completed, everything was again explained to me and more pictures were available for us. No mess was left behind and he even went the extra mile and helped us with a hole we had in our ceiling.
