I purchased 3 new windows in middle of 2019. I ordered Preservation Krypton filled 3 layers of tempered glass windows as the rep sold on its heat insulation capabilities. He pretended to call the office in front of me, and got 20 discount or so without me asking, just to give extra pressure. The day after purchase was made, I asked the sales rep for details and his tone flipped 180 degrees. He didn't want to come out to talk about it. When the product arrived, there were many discrepancies from my order. The windows were 2 layers instead of 3 and the glass were not tempered. I asked for discount, and Chris Rodarte, the GM, offered only 200 discount out of 7400 order. I wanted to talk to the owner, so he gave me number of production manager, knowing that he doesn't have negotiation power, hoping I'll just waste my time and finally pay up. The nice production manager actually talked to financial department and approved for 500 discount. But when Chris came back a second time, he refused to honor the 500 discount, and offered to 'bump up' to 300 instead. Finally I settled at 400 to cut the loss. I'm very sad at how the General Manager, Chris Rodarte was handling the transaction, nickle and dime to protect his commission even when the company clearly made mistakes. After signing the purchase document, customer service pretty much ended.
