Allan Taylor’s Handyman Service – Roofing Contractor in Martinsburg, West Virginia

Allen Taylor told my Husband that he knew how to install a water softener and would charge 200. Well Mr. Taylor arrived at our home at 10:30-11AM he himself said he would b done installing the unit in no time well Mr. Taylor left my home 8PM that evening. Handy Man Allen did not have the tools needed to perform the job and all the parts to install we supplied. I had to go to Lowe's and purchase a tool that he said cost 25/26 he had picked up one that was 80 to perform the job. The job is incomplete the pipes as of right now is leaking. He tried to put a band aid on the pipe by using some tape and glue that did not stop the leak.. Then he tried to say we owe him 250 in his receipt book it stated 50 for parts he didn't have to purchase parts.THE JOB IS NOT COMPLETE AND THE PIPES SHOULD NOT BE LEAKING!!! Allen Taylor stated that he has installed 99 water softener well he has then can someone explain why it took him8/9 hours to do a job that should have only taken him 45 minutes to an hour!! I would not recommend his services to family nor friends. POOR WORK!!! DISSATISFIED!!!! If I could have left a review w/o selecting a I would, Mr Allen Taylor does not deserve a star point blank period... A TRUE STORY!!!! THIS DISSERVICE TOOK PLACE ON 3/27/19. Anyone that had any work done by Mr. Allen Taylor's Handy Man might want to get it check by a professional that is License and Bonded in the profession due to our Water Softener being installed incorrectly!! The job was not complete and that is why u did not get paid!!! STATE FACTS NOT LIES!!!!! Show respect?? How did I not show respect for your made of company??? I showed you respect when I was trying to give you the benefit of doubt to perform the job you did not nor knew how to do.. LOL & LLS at the pic u posted of job completed and did not get paid!! Truth be told again handy person U did not complete the job, nor did u install the water softener correctly, and third it was leaking water.. U left and knew it was leaking so don't say job completed when it was not due to a leak and improper installation!! Don't say u know how to do a job when it was clear u did not know what u was doing when u looking at the book that came w/ softener and using your phone to google!!! I can't say u YouTube it bcuz if u did it walks u through on how to install and u did a POOR job man.... NOTHING WAS RIGHT ABOUT THE INSTALLATION U CALLED YOURSELF PERFORMING!!!! No u did install the water softener u just made things worst off non handy man!!! There is a pic posted of handy person work take a look u can clearly see it is not done correctly!!! I don't need u to pray for me... Pray for yourself you scam artist pretending u a “Handy Man” U not!! My soft water system it up and running correctly and it's not Thanks to u!!!! Pay u for what a job well done WRONG I don't think so!!! Get your LIFE RIGHT AND STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE SAYING A HANDY MAN!!!
